• Technical data: IP address and SSH public keys used to authenticate into reserved nodes.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used exclusively for provisioning software environments and GPU servers, managing account security, issuing itemized invoices, processing refunds, and communicating critical service alerts. We strictly never sell or trade your data to any third parties.

3. AI Datasets & Workload Confidentiality

Because our GPU servers are Bare-Metal with dedicated root access, your AI training datasets, neural network weights, algorithms, and models reside solely within your private, encrypted NVMe disks. We have zero telemetry or access inside your running operating system.
