1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and ABOSALAMA LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our", trading as Abu Salama Store), concerning your access to and use of our bare-metal GPU rental, AI compute hardware, and cloud infrastructure services.

2. Description of Services

Abu Salama Store provides high-performance computing (HPC) resources, including dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU) instances powered by NVIDIA hardware (including RTX 5090 and 4090 models), high-speed NVMe storage, and network bandwidth for computational workloads such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) model training, inference, deep learning, computer vision, data analytics, and 3D rendering.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users agree to use our infrastructure strictly for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our GPU resources to:

• Perform cryptocurrency mining, blockchain hashing, or unauthorized high-load compute exploiting.
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, network scanning, or malicious cracking.
• Host, distribute, or generate illegal content or malicious software.
• Infringe upon intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties.

4. Billing, Payment & Invoicing

- Pricing: All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) as quoted at checkout and agreed upon in writing.

- Payment Gateways: Payments may be processed through direct bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT / ACH wire) or approved corporate credit/debit card processors.

- Invoicing: Itemized B2B commercial invoices containing our complete UK company registration details, billing address, and banking coordinates will be provided for all transactions.

5. Data Privacy & Root Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all code, datasets, weights, and software you upload to your rented bare-metal GPU node. Abu Salama Store does not inspect, access, copy, or retain customer data. Upon server termination, all local storage arrays are securely wiped according to DoD standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ABOSALAMA LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from hardware interruptions, data loss, or system maintenance, beyond the service credits specified in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
